I work with children, youth, families and adults using evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, EMDR, and attachment-focused interventions. Sessions may be individual or parent-child, and are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. My focus is on helping individuals navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and behavioural concerns in ways that feel safe, creative, and effective.

Whether you are newly registered or looking to deepen your skills in trauma and attachment work, supervision is an opportunity to reflect, grow, and strengthen your practice.
