I’m Christine Wilson, MSW, RSW — a Registered Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist with advanced specialization in trauma and attachment-focused therapy.

With over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families, I am passionate about helping people heal from the lasting impact of trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of how early experiences shape our nervous systems, our relationships, and our sense of self.

At the heart of my work is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and release distressing memories, beliefs, and sensations that can remain stuck in the body and mind. I use EMDR with children, teens, and adults, often integrating it with play therapy, somatic approaches, and attachment-based strategies to meet each person’s unique needs.

Whether you or your child are struggling with anxiety, behavioural challenges, complex trauma, or the effects of neglect and loss, I provide a safe, supportive space where healing can begin.
